深井高温高压储层新型分层改造工具研制与应用

摘要: 常规分层压裂酸化技术在第一层施工前就将管柱中所有封隔器坐封,施工中只能对顶封隔器以上管柱施加平衡压力,顶封隔器之下管柱无法加平衡压力,若施工出现异常高压将可能致使下部封隔器超压而影响管柱安全,常规分层压裂酸化技术难以满足高温高压油气储层分层改造需要。针对该技术难题,成功研发了 Y344可控坐封封隔器、分层控制滑套、反循环重复开关滑套等新工具,形成了新型分层压裂酸化技术。该技术能实现各封隔器分时启动,平衡压力可施加至每套封隔器,施工管柱更加安全可靠,并可直观判断各层封隔器的密封状况。现场应用表明,Y344可控坐封封隔器耐温承压可靠、解封顺利,可独立控制启动,能满足高温高压储层多层分层改造工艺需求。

Abstract:

Conventional layered fracturing and acidizing technology sets all packers in the string before the first layer construction. During the construction, only the balance pressure can be applied to the string above the top packer, and the balance pressure cannot be applied to the string below the top packer. If abnormal high pressure occurs in construction, it may cause overpressure of lower packer and affect the safety of pipe string. Therefore, conventional layered fracturing and acidizing technology is difficult to meet the needs of high temperature and high-pressure oil and gas reservoir stratification. In view of this technical problem, new tools such as Y344 controllable setting packer, layered control slide sleeve and reverse circulation repeated switch slide sleeve have been successfully developed, forming a new layered fracturing and acidizing technology. The technology can realize the time-sharing start-up of each packer, the balanced pressure can be applied to each set of packers, the construction string is safer and more reliable, and the sealing condition of each layer of packer can be judged intuitively. The field application shows that the packer is reliable in temperature resistance, pressure bearing and smooth in unsealing, and the controllable setting packer can be started independently, which can meet the needs of multi-layer layered reconstruction technology of high temperature and high-pressure reservoir.
